Spiritual Growth Director/Pastor

McKinney Campus

You can be a part of helping others discover how they can find healthy, Christian community and grow in their faith. Hope Fellowship is looking for a full-time Spiritual Growth Director/Pastor who:

  • Recognizes the value of team.

  • Has excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.

The goal of this position is to:

  • Work alongside the Lead Grow Pastor to provide avenues for spiritual growth and community to those who attend Hope.
  • Lead our Class Facilitators/Group leaders.
  • Work collaboratively, building relationships with Grow team across all campuses.
  • Create ways to increase the level of awareness of Bible Studies & Classes at the campus level.
  • Recruit, onboard and train all leaders.
  • Encourage and create opportunities for Hope attenders to serve beyond the church doors.
  • Research, watch, recommend curriculum for both Bible Studies & Classes and home groups.
  • Facilitate Group Launch multiple times a year which is a large group experience to help attendees find their people.
  • Handle all the details and logistics of planning/executing Grow semesters.
  • Assist with large events (i.e. Day of Prayer, Conferences, Women’s Christmas Dinner, Team Appreciation nights).
  • Teach Step 3 of Connect track each month.

Outreach Coordinator

You can be a part of helping others discover ways in which we as a church and individuals can serve, in our community and the world. Hope Fellowship is looking for a full-time Outreach Coordinator who:

  • Recognizes the value of team.
  • Is self-motivated and high energy.
  • Has excellent organizational and time management skills.

The goal of this position is to:

  • Work alongside the Outreach Pastor to provide vision for outreach programs that serve the larger community.
  • Work collaboratively, building relationships with organizations in the community.
  • Plan and implement quarterly Project Serve events for Hope Fellowship.
  • Maintain promotion and communication for Missions Department.
  • Create ways to increase the level of awareness of Hope Fellowship within the community.
  • Encourage and create opportunities for Hope attenders to serve beyond the church doors.
  • Work with all the small and large details, different departments to convey the serve opportunities available for all of Hope.
  • Support and represent the department at various events throughout the year - Connect Track, Bible Studies & Classes, and training meetings/dinners for local organizations.
  • Set up, plan and organize team gatherings and trainings throughout the year.
  • Implement Project Serve opportunities throughout the year in all areas of Hope - Bible Studies & Classes across all campuses, conferences, children’s ministry, large services etc. We want to offer opportunities to serve wherever there is availability to activate Hopers to serve others outside our walls!

Creative Video Producer

Central Office

Hope Fellowship is always looking for ways to communicate the gospel in fun and creative ways. In order to do this effectively we are looking for a full-time Creative Video Producer who understands the following:

  • Keeping an eye open to find great stories.
  • The value of creating, shooting, and editing video content for the various ministries of Hope Fellowship.
  • Creating content that includes narratives, documentaries, promos, motion graphics, etc.

You would be GREAT for this job if others say you are:

  • A self-starter who organizes their life, and who finishes everything they start.
  • Capable of functioning well in a collaborative environment.
  • Skilled in storyboarding, artistic creativity, and shooting/editing video.
  • Fluent in cinematic language including lighting, lens selection, shot composition, montage, and directing talent.
  • Experienced with DSLR cameras and lenses.
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects & Photoshop (Illustrator a plus).
  • Passionate about learning new forms of communication and art.

The perfect team member also loves documentaries and indie films, listens to music other people don't know about, is passionate about video excellence in the local church, understands what it means to "ship the product", and seeks spiritual/artistic inspiration daily. STUDENT PASTOR

Frisco West Campus

Student ministry is a BIG DEAL at Hope Fellowship and we are currently looking for a student pastor to join the team and help us reach/disciple students at our Frisco West Campus.

The goal of this position is to lead students into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ by fostering fun, engaging and challenging environments, connect students into life-giving relationships with a small group of students and a couple of adult leaders as well as create a ministry that is an on-ramp for 6th-12th graders to further connect to the mission of Hope: Love God, Connect with others, Grow in their faith and Serve the world.

You would be GREAT for this job if:

Part-time Cleaning Staff

Frisco East Campus

Hope Fellowship is looking for part-time individuals to fill a position on our operations team. As a member of the Cleaning Staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and freshness of the facilities.

This role will mainly function in the evenings, including weekends and some day hours possible.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Dust furniture, equipment, partitions, walls, etc.
  • Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, floors, toilet, mirrors, windows, tables, chairs, etc. in restrooms, break rooms and kitchen
  • Replenish supplies in restrooms, break room/kitchen
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and scrub floors using brooms, mops, floor scrubber and/or vacuum cleaners
  • Empty trash cans into disposal areas
  • Wipe down walls, doors, partitions, and baseboards

You will be a good fit if you:

  • Have a strong work ethic

  • Are task oriented
  • Enjoy working behind the scenes

The schedule varies by campus, please apply to inquire about each campus' specific schedule.
