Communications Director

Hope Fellowship is searching for a Communications Director (Full-Time). The Communications Director will create, organize, plan and implement effective communications messages and strategies for/with church and community audiences. The individual will support church and ministry leaders in conveying their vision and communications priorities to appropriate audiences.

You would be a good candidate if you:

- Have a passion for the local church to develop and maintain a unique voice in its community.
- Get excited about the creative process and it doesn’t drain you.
- Read with the best of them, call yourself a “Wordsmith” and have 10 “change the world” creative ideas a day.
- Know good design when you see it.
- Know how to say “no” with tact, but helping someone with their “yes” gives you energy.
- Are a creative, yet high-capacity leader.
- Enjoy empowering and equipping others.

Early Childhood Director

McKinney Campus

Hope Fellowship is looking for an Early Childhood Director (Full-time employee) to lead the ministry of children birth-Pre K at our McKinney Campus. The primary role is leading the Early Childhood volunteer teams on the weekend by recruiting and equipping all volunteers. This person will also assist the children's pastor in leading Hope's midweek elementary program, Quest.

You would be a good candidate if you:

- Like to organize everything around you.
- Understand that leading adults is as important as loving kids.
- Are not intimidated by a spreadsheet full of information.
- Often hear other people say that you are a good verbal and written communicator.
- Find it a personal value to create experiences that other people enjoy.
- Think serving others, and providing a great customer service culture, is a non-negotiable.
- Enjoy systems and structure, but can drop it all and have fun with the best of them.

Outreach Coordinator

Central Office

The purpose of an Outreach Coordinator is to extend the arm of Hope into the community, demonstrating the love of Christ to others while helping people develop a passion to serve others.

- Work under the Missions Pastor’s leadership and provide vision for outreach programs that serve the larger community.
- Work collaboratively, building relationships with organizations in the community.
- Plan and implement quarterly Project Serve events for Hope Fellowship.
- Maintain promotion and communication for Missions Department.
- Create ways to increase the level of awareness of Hope Fellowship within the community.
- Establish relationships with local organizations, encouraging and creating opportunities for Hope attenders to serve beyond the church doors.
- Work with Communications and Ministry Departments to convey the serve opportunities available for all of Hope. 

We are looking for a person who:
- Recognizes the value of a team.
- Is self-motivated and high energy.
- Has excellent organizational skills and time management.
- Accepts responsibility for their projects and follows them through to completion.
- Is able to connect well with others and develop professional relationships.
- Has a passion for the church and helping others to continue their faith walk by providing serve opportunities.
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Has experience of building volunteer teams.
- Has previous experience with local and international missions. It is not required, but a definite plus!

Each campus has openings for our part-time paid childcare team that work during Bible studies and special events outside of our regular weekend services. The schedule varies by campus, please apply to inquire about each campus' specific schedule.
