Digital Copywriter

Central Office

At Hope Fellowship we're looking for someone with a keen eye to help make our communications team stronger and more connected to the people of our church and community. We exist to Love, Connect, Grow and Serve along side the attenders at all of our campuses, and those in our area. This role is key to raising the bar of excellence, and effectively communicating to large groups of people. If the details below seem to describe you to a tee, we'd love to see you apply.

- Effectively organize, prioritize and handle multiple projects
- Effective and proficient writer who can tell stories that will encourage people to connect with the ministries and experience of Hope Fellowship
- Ability to create vision and excitement with words for the ministries at Hope Fellowship
- Oversee social media (writing posts, scheduling, etc.) This includes design, monitoring and responding. Manage online reviews and interacting with posts and reviews.
- Basic tasks in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator. Create files from artwork already created by Communications
- Understand and use relevent social media platforms
- Proactive & self-starter! Always looking for how to make things better
- Digital content management and support 

You'd be great if:
- You have a skill for getting people to see the ‘why and not just the ‘what’’.
- Twitter, Instagram or Snapchat is your middle name.
- Telling someone’s story excites you!
- You think long and write short.
- You enjoy working in groups.
- You have a background in editing papers and/or documents, and you caught the one mistake in this post.
- You have a ‘let’s make this better’ mentality.
- You believe your job should be fun as well as fulfilling.

Outreach Coordinator

Central Office

The purpose of an Outreach Coordinator is to extend the arm of Hope into the community, demonstrating the love of Christ to others while helping people develop a passion to serve others.

- Work under the Missions Pastor’s leadership and provide vision for outreach programs that serve the larger community.
- Work collaboratively, building relationships with organizations in the community.
- Plan and implement quarterly Project Serve events for Hope Fellowship.
- Maintain promotion and communication for Missions Department.
- Create ways to increase the level of awareness of Hope Fellowship within the community.
- Establish relationships with local organizations, encouraging and creating opportunities for Hope attenders to serve beyond the church doors.
- Work with Communications and Ministry Departments to convey the serve opportunities available for all of Hope. 

We are looking for a person who:
- Recognizes the value of a team.
- Is self-motivated and high energy.
- Has excellent organizational skills and time management.
- Accepts responsibility for their projects and follows them through to completion.
- Is able to connect well with others and develop professional relationships.
- Has a passion for the church and helping others to continue their faith walk by providing serve opportunities.
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Has experience of building volunteer teams.
- Has previous experience with local and international missions. It is not required, but a definite plus!

The schedule varies by campus, please apply to inquire about each campus' specific schedule.
