Hope Students’ Summer Camp

Hope Students is returning to Allaso Ranch for another life-changing summer camp in 2017!

During the day students will be a valuable teammate for group competitions and have the opportunity to participate in dozens of fun camp activities. The evenings will be spent together in passionate worship services with compelling messages that will transform lives.

Middle School Camp (Grades 6-8): June 25-28
High School Camp (Grades 9-12): June 28-July 1

$395
Increases to $425 on March 6, and $450 on May 15

Payment Schedule

  • $100 deposit due at registration.
  • Registrations received before May 14 will have the remaining balance processed between May 15-19*
  • Registrations received after May 14 will have the remaining balance processed between June 12-16*
  • All remaining balances are due before students depart for camp on June 25
  • *If you pay the initial deposit online, your card will automatically be charged the remaining payments on the dates listed above unless you contact the Central Office to set up an alternate payment plan. If you would like to set up a payment plan to make smaller payments at shorter intervals, please email students@hopefellowship.net or call 972-377-8855.

    Parent Meeting

    Please mark your calendar for the mandatory parent meeting on Monday June 19 from 6:30 - 7:30 PM in the main auditorium at the Frisco West Campus (309 W. Main St. Frisco 75034). We ask that at least one parent participate in this meeting as all important details regarding camp will be discussed.

    PACKING LIST

    In order to maintain a nice facility, Allaso has some guidelines for us to follow on what to bring. Please note that spray sunscreen and outside food are not permitted at Allaso Ranch. This is a cell phone free trip – emergency contact information will be provided at the parent meeting.

    WHAT TO BRING

  • Bible
  • Bedding – twin sized or sleeping bag & pillow
  • Towels – shower & swim
  • Toiletries
  • Modest PJ’s
  • Closed toed shoes & socks (For team competitions and some activities)
  • Jeans/long pants (horseback riding)
  • Shirts (LADIES: no spaghetti straps, tank tops must have wide enough strap to cover bra strap)
  • Shorts (finger tip length, no exceptions)
  • Watch/alarm clock (no cell phones please)
  • Flashlight
  • Hat/sunglasses
  • Insect repellant
  • Sunscreen – NO SPRAY, lotion only
  • Swimsuit (Girls – 1 piece, full coverage tankini or a dark shirt over other suits)
  • Flip flops (shower/pool shoes)
  • Sweatshirt/light jacket
  • Umbrella or rain poncho
  • Theme night clothing
  • Spending money for camp store
  • Paintball – first round is free, all rounds after that are $5/game
  • Camera (optional)

  • Alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, or drugs
  • Fireworks, knives, weapons, firearms, balloons, or balloon launchers
