When campers set foot in this Old West town, adventure is everywhere. Your child will make forever memories while enjoying water sports on Lake Hudson, go-kart races, bumper cars, ropes course, and an exciting ride aboard an authentic steam-engine train. Most exciting, our thrilling chapel services will impact your child's life for eternity! God's Word comes alive each day through interactive songs, captivating lessons, and practical teaching that reaches the hearts of kids.
Camp will be held from July 17 to 22. For students who have completed 2nd through 5th grade by June 2017.
Registration is not considered complete until the initial deposit is made, and BOTH the Hope Registration Form and the Dry Gulch online applications are completed. Spots are limited and will be given in the order that entire registration process is completed.

Please plan on attending ONE mandatory parent meeting. The meetings will be held at the Frisco East campus (9950 Rolater Road) and the McKinney campus (1702 W. University Drive). We will cover any last minute details, emergency contact information, and a small Q & A. Please make the time to attend one of the meetings.

Most campers bring $20 - $40 for souvenirs, candy, and camp apparel (e.g. in 2016 camp sweatshirts were $22). Money (EXACT CASH ONLY) should be turned in at one of the Mandatory Parent Meetings.
Monday, July 17 at 9:00 AM at Hope Fellowship, McKinney Campus, located 1702 W. University Dr., McKinney, TX 75069. Parents/Guardians must stay with their children through the entire registration, until they are on the bus to depart to camp.
Saturday, July 22 around 4:00 PM to Hope Fellowship, McKinney Campus, located at 1702 W. University Dr., McKinney 75069.
Head Lice Policy
Parents please check your child for head lice two weeks before departure. It is very important to find any campers who have head lice, so they can be treated in time for camp. We will perform a head lice exam upon arrival at Hope Fellowship, prior to departure, to make sure no one in our group has head lice. Campers who arrive with nits or lice will be turned away with no refunds. Please save the camper from the disappointment of being turned away by treating for lice before they arrive.
GUIDELINES FOR MEDICATION AT CAMP
Students are NOT allowed to possess any of their own medication in their room. Do NOT pack ANY medication in their luggage. The Camp Nurse will administer all medication as needed to the student. All medication must be turned in on the day of registration to our Adventure Kidz staff.
All prescription medication must be in the original containers, including medical devices, with legible prescription information (the label with the patient's name, medication name, doctor's name, medication strength and how often to take it). Inhalers, EpiPens, Nasal Sprays, etc., must be in the original packaging with the prescription label. We will not accept any sample medications without a prescription.
Campers are not allowed to bring unapproved over-the-counter medication (OTC). Medical staff is available at the Nurses’ station to dispense OTC meds. Dry Gulch provides a list of OTC medication campers can bring. A Medication Authorization Form must be turned in at Camp Registration with the OTC medication. Vitamins, Essential Oils, Herbal Supplements, etc. will be NOT be accepted without a doctor’s note.
Please only supply us with the amount of medicine needed while they are at camp, nothing more. Medication not picked up upon our return from camp will be discarded.
On the Dry Gulch Camper Application, your student can choose no more than TWO roommates they wish to bunk with; please note that these students must choose each other. The Dry Gulch staff does their best to honor the bunk requests, however it is not a guarantee. The bunk houses accommodate up to 25 students and are grouped by church. We will not accept bunk requests after Monday, June 19.
Following registration completion you will receive and email with detailed information about what to pack and what to leave at home. Cell phones and electronic games are not allowed at camp.
Please make sure ALL your child's items are labeled with their name.
