Marketing Coordinator

Part Time


The Marketing Coordinator at Hope Fellowship exists to fulfill the communication needs of the church and help align the organization, alongside the Creative Pastor, with language and culture. A person who would work well in this role carries strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.


  • Carries the voice of our lead pastor through our communication
  • Unifies, aligns, and simplifies our church communication
  • Writes weekly emails and newsletters
  • Writes and manages creative write-ups for all series and events
  • Partners with ministry leads to help develop communication strategies
  • Gathers data, information, and feedback from events
  • Defines audience for every event
  • Creates promotion plan for every event, series, and campaign
  • Develop a system to listen for stories within the organization
  • Creatively communicate stories
  • Manage Stories of Hope platform
  • Make weekly website updates
  • Evaluates website and social traffic and metrics
  • Research new ways to market to the community
  • Works with Creative Pastor on advertisements and promotions
