Andrea Adams is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma professional who offers counseling services based on a cognitive-behavioral approach combined with a grace-based perspective for individuals ages 18 and above. She is EMDR trained and incorporates skills and therapeutic techniques, gained over 25 years of experience in the mental health field to address a variety of concerns and levels of need. Andrea is certified as an Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist. Her experience in caring has included working with hospices, mental health clinics, inpatient acute care hospitals, long term residential care facilities, specialty children’s hospitals and behavioral health managed care. She has been active in leading Divorce Care for Kids community support groups and has a background in preschool education. Andrea has been licensed in the state of Texas since 2002.

Andrea understands that we all have a mosaic of different experiences throughout our lives and places emphasis on the importance of our perceptions of those events. She believes it is the perception of life events that greatly influence us and can control our thinking, moods, and behaviors. It is Andrea’s desire to help each person find their way through the difficult circumstances of life by offering hope in healing, sincere and honest counsel, and a path towards developing faith-based resiliency. Dr. Corey Allan is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and the host of Sexy Marriage Radio, one of the longest-running marriage podcasts in the world with more than 775 episodes. He has been in private practice since 2002, working with couples and individuals who are ready to stop settling and start building the marriage and life they actually want.

His approach is grounded in differentiation theory and family systems work — which means the focus is less on fixing your spouse and more on who you are becoming inside your most important relationships. Sessions are direct, honest, and built around one conviction: the change almost always starts with one person deciding to show up differently.

Dr. Allan works with adults 18+, married couples, and dating or engaged couples. His areas of focus include relational distress, marital conflict, sexual intimacy, self-growth, men's issues, blended families, affairs and betrayal repair. He sees clients in person at his office in Allen, TX, and works with couples and individuals across the country via Zoom. For those outside Texas, sessions are structured as a coaching relationship rather than therapy.

Bio:
Zach Baldridge is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas (#74039), and he helps men, women, and teens work through anxiety, depression, anger, relationship stress, parenting challenges, life transitions, and the general weight of everyday life.

Zach earned his Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas Woman’s University in 2014. During graduate school, he interned with the Children’s Advocacy Center for Denton County. After two additional years of supervised work in private practice, Zach became fully licensed in 2017. Zach Baldridge Counseling, PLLC was established in January of 2018 and he is currently practicing in Prosper, Texas at Planting Seeds Center for Wellness.

Starting counseling is not easy. Many people come in unsure, guarded, or not fully convinced they want to be there. Therapy asks people to slow down, tell the truth, and face things they may have been carrying alone for a long time. Zach's goal is to provide a space that feels safe, grounded, and real; a place where meaningful work can actually happen.

Zach believes counseling should be a place where you do not have to perform or pretend. He works to help clients better understand themselves, process emotions, strengthen relationships, and develop practical tools that carry into everyday life. He has a particular heart for working with men and for creating a space where they can be honest, challenged, and supported without judgment.

Outside of his work, Zach is a proud father of four sons and was recently remarried into a blended family with four more children. Family life is a big part of who Zach is. Faith, responsibility, humor, growth, and staying present in real life matter deeply to him. Zach enjoys the outdoors, camping, riding bikes, building things, training in Muay Thai, listening to vinyl, and reading mystery and suspense novels.
