At Hope Fellowship, we believe healthy leadership requires clarity, accountability, and balance. Our church is guided by a structure that keeps decision-making, financial stewardship, and spiritual oversight distinct yet united. The Directional Leadership Team, made up of the Lead Pastor and Executive Pastors, provides day-to-day leadership and direction. The Lead Team carries out ministry across campuses and departments, the Board of Directors ensures wise financial and organizational stewardship, and the Elder Team provides spiritual covering and accountability. Together, these groups work in partnership to keep Hope faithful to God’s mission, effective in ministry, and healthy for the long run.
