In order to help our community navigate the collective grief and trauma from the recent tragedy in Frisco, counselors from Planting Seeds Counseling, who specialize in trauma and grief, will be facilitating a Navigating Trauma Seminar for anyone affected.  They’ll help us understand grief and trauma, teach us regulation/coping skills, send us home with resources, and help us know when to seek professional help.

Join us at the Hope Fellowship Frisco East Campus at 9950 Rolater Rd on Tuesday, April 8 at 7:00 PM. The event is free and is available to anyone affected by this unimaginable tragedy.
